Fall yums

I'm soooo sorry I have neglected to post for a while. I promise to catch you up on all my farming fun! 

For now, I'll tempt you with this photo of the lunch I made yesterday. 

Roasted mini pumpkins from the Morgantown Farmers Market, stuffed with baby zucchini, mushrooms, onions, celery, barley and dried cranberries seasoned with rosemary and thyme... With some heavy cream poured on top.
